Terms of Service

By accessing or using any Neubify product — including Neubify Workspace, Cloud Business, and Neubify AI — you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Neubify on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Neubify products. These Terms were last updated on June 23, 2026. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice.

Neubify provides a suite of enterprise software products: Cloud Business — A multi-vertical business management platform for stores, restaurants, hotels, and hospitals. Provides operations dashboards, inventory management, point-of-sale, scheduling, billing, and reporting. Neubify AI — An in-house AI assistant embedded across Neubify products. Provides business briefings, anomaly detection, forecasting, and conversational analytics. Own Infrastructure — Neubify's proprietary server infrastructure on which all products run, ensuring full data sovereignty and privacy. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

To use Neubify products, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to: — Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration — Maintain the security of your account credentials — Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access — Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account You may not share account credentials with unauthorized individuals. Enterprise accounts may create multiple user seats subject to their plan limits. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

You agree not to use Neubify products to: — Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights — Upload, transmit, or store malicious code, viruses, or harmful content — Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Neubify systems or other users' accounts — Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Neubify platform — Resell or sublicense access to Neubify products without explicit written authorization — Conduct load testing, penetration testing, or scraping without prior written consent — Use the platform for any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

You retain full ownership of all business data, records, files, and content you upload to Neubify ("Your Data"). You grant Neubify a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process Your Data solely to provide and improve our services to you. We will not access Your Data except: (1) at your explicit request for support, (2) as required by law, or (3) to investigate a potential violation of these Terms. Upon account termination, we will delete Your Data within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may export Your Data at any time from the Settings panel.

Access to Neubify paid plans requires a valid payment method on file. By subscribing to a paid plan: — You authorize Neubify to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) — All fees are stated in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes — You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable in your jurisdiction Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period. Refunds — Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis within 30 days of purchase. Contact [email protected] for refund requests. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect.

All software, design, documentation, trademarks, and other materials created by Neubify are the exclusive property of Neubify ("Neubify IP"). Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in Neubify IP other than a limited license to use the products as described herein. The "Neubify" name, wordmark, and brand assets may not be used without prior written consent. If you provide feedback, feature suggestions, or bug reports, you grant Neubify a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to incorporate such feedback into our products without compensation or attribution.

Neubify products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities, though we maintain a 99.99% uptime SLA backed by service credits. You are responsible for ensuring that the use of Neubify products is appropriate for your regulated industry (e.g. healthcare) and for obtaining any necessary compliance certifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neubify shall not be liable for: — Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — Loss of revenue, profit, data, business, or goodwill — Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security In no event shall Neubify's total liability to you exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account from the Settings panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Neubify may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without notice if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to our infrastructure. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein terminate immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (including IP, liability, and indemnification sections) shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you are accessing Neubify from a jurisdiction with mandatory local law protections (such as the EU), those protections apply in addition to these Terms.
